About Liv
Liv is a Registered Dietitian with over 10 years of experience supporting adults with a wide range of nutritional concerns. She specialises in helping people improve their nutritional health, manage symptoms and build confidence around food through practical, evidence-based advice tailored to their individual needs.
Since qualifying as a Dietitian in 2015, Liv has worked across both NHS and private healthcare settings, supporting patients with complex nutritional and gastrointestinal conditions. Her clinical expertise includes digestive health, nutritional support and helping individuals navigate the challenges of long-term health conditions through realistic and sustainable dietary strategies.
Alongside her private practice, Liv works at St Mark’s National Bowel Hospital in North West London, a nationally recognised specialist centre for intestinal and colorectal conditions. This role enables her to remain at the forefront of evidence-based practice and specialist nutritional care. She has also worked at the Bupa Cromwell Hospital in Central London, where she gained valuable experience supporting patients within the private healthcare sector.
Liv is known for her warm, approachable and non-judgemental style. She understands that nutrition advice should fit around real life and works collaboratively with each patient to create achievable plans that support their health goals, lifestyle and personal preferences.
Whether supporting someone with digestive symptoms, nutritional deficiencies, weight concerns or a complex medical condition, Liv is committed to providing compassionate, personalised care that helps patients feel informed, empowered and supported throughout their journey.
